We have fully accessible rooms throughout the centre which can be hired out for events, clubs, groups and meetings.
We believe that the costs for hiring space at the centre should be kept low, with subsidised rates for charities and other not-for-profit groups available. All income for the Gateway Centre is re-invested into the running of the project.
We have the following rooms available to hire:
- Community Room (1st floor) – Can seat 100 in a conference style setting
- Conference Room (Ground floor) – Can seat 12 around conference table.
- Training Room 2 - Can seat up to 10 around conference table
- Training Room 3/Counselling room - Informal room, seats 3
- The onsite cafe also hosts a community table hosting a variety of free activities most days. (See What's on)
- If you are a community group in the Launceston area and would like to use the table for free, please get in touch.
